Why are the Topcon 3D OCT-2000 report buttons disabled?

The answer

The report output buttons are invalid when the scan-pattern combination is unsupported, no image is displayed in the View Mode window, or the displayed image is unanalyzed. Select a supported analyzed image and display it in View Mode before generating the report.

The manual lists three independent reasons for invalid output buttons for both monocular and binocular reports:

  • The combination is not marked as supported in the scan-pattern relation table.
  • No image is displayed in the View Mode window.
  • The displayed image has not been analyzed.
  1. Select a scan data record with a supported pattern.
  2. Open the image in View Mode.
  3. Complete the required analysis and save it.
  4. Try OD/OS Report or OU Report again.

For binocular output, the selected data must also correspond to the supported two-eye report arrangement. The manual warns not to press output buttons while a scan is still being executed, even if they appear valid.
