Subvolume 1 and Subvolume 2 are usable only when Retina Layers is selected for layer detection. Subvolume 1 is the upper part from RPE, and Subvolume 2 is the lower part from RPE.

The function is conditional on the selected layer-detection display. If NF Layers, Cornea or another display is selected, the manual does not make Subvolume 1 and Subvolume 2 available.
- Select Retina Layers in the layer detection display of the Image processing controls area.
- Select Volume.
- Select Subvolume.
- Choose Subvolume 1 or Subvolume 2.
- Subvolume 1: upper part from RPE.
- Subvolume 2: lower part from RPE.
If the buttons are missing, check the selected layer-detection display before assuming the scan is defective.
