[400410] means the anterior segment lens unit is not installed; insert it before starting anterior segment OCT photography. If [400411] appears, remove the lens unit because it is installed during a capture that does not require it.

The Triton checks the lens-unit state before capture. Error [400410] is specific to anterior segment OCT: the required anterior segment lens unit is missing. Error [400411] is the opposite condition: the unit is attached while another capture mode is selected. The lens unit is not required for fundus OCT, fundus photography, or other non-anterior-segment operations.
- For anterior segment OCT, insert the lens unit straight along the three grooves on the instrument body.
- Turn the lens unit in the arrow direction to fix it.
- Select the anterior segment tomogram capture icon.
- For any other capture, remove the lens unit before starting.
Inserting it at an angle can damage the instrument's lens. The manual identifies the attachment as the optional ANTERIOR SEGMENT ATTACHMENT KIT AA-1.
